This presentation begins with a history of the EPA and describes current ESA regulations. A review of threatened and endangered species in Texas is provided. Pesticide label changes and pesticide use limitation areas (PULAs) designed to protect species and critical habit are discussed. The EPA pesticide app for label mitigations (PALM) tool is described. Future EPA and ESA regulations are considered.
